Handcrafted Product/Broken Parts

Please note all items are handcrafted.  Items can be purchased with or without plants.  We are not responsible for plant health once received.  Prices and product availability are subject to change without noticed.  If an item reaches you in a damaged conditions, please notify us within 24 hours.  We will either refund the cost or replace the item(s).  Shipping costs will vary based on weights and destination and are the responsibility of the wholesaler,  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, Carter & Rose does not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with a product, please review out Warranty Policy or Contact Us with any questions or concerns.

Order Changes

You may make changes to your order free of charge, provided the product has not shipped yet. Once the product has shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order. Contact us as soon as possible for any changes.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge, provided the product has not shipped yet. Once the product has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Contact us as soon as possible for cancellations.

Minimum Order Size

Our wholesale site requires a minimum order of $200.

Carter & Rose is dedicated to our physical retailers. We appreciate that one of the best ways to help our physical retailers is by protecting our product pricing online.

We do not offer a dropship program because we believe it discourages online only retailers from taking advantage of our pricing policy, therefore protecting our brand and ultimately our physical retailers.
